Farm Tour - Refund Policy + COVID Update
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to attend a farm tour that you have paid for.
Unless otherwise stated on the farm tour page and as long as you notify us at least 8 days prior to the commencement of the farm tour, your options are:
a refund of your tour fee, less an administration fee $20 for each ticket
a transfer to a future tour as negotiated via email. (one transfer per cancellation only)
Refunds + credits are not available within 7 days of a tours commencement.
This is due to commitment made to catering, administration & turning away others once the farm tour is full, which is loss of income to us & our farm.
However, if you do wish to cancel within 7 days, give us a call – if your farm tour has a waiting list, we’ll do our best to fill your place. If we are successful, we can credit your farm tour fee towards a future farm tour within the same year.
If your or our location becomes a 'Hot-spot' or there is a 'Mandatory Lock-down' or your are required to 'Isolate' then you will have the option of a full refund or being transferred to a future course date of your choice!
Please note, you will be required to provide evidence of any COVID issue from the above'.
