Farm Tour - Refund Policy + COVID Update

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to attend a farm tour that you have paid for.

Unless otherwise stated on the farm tour page and as long as you notify us at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the farm tour, your options are:

  • a refund of your tour fee, less an administration fee $30

  • a credit for the full amount towards any future tour within the same financial year.

Refunds + credits are not available within 7 days of a tours commencement.

This is due to commitment made to catering, administration & turning away others once the farm tour is full, which is loss of income to us & our farm.

 

However, if you do wish to cancel within 7 days, give us a call – if your farm tour has a waiting list, we’ll do our best to fill your place. If we are successful, we can credit your farm tour fee towards a future farm tour within the same year.

COVID Update

If your or our location becomes a 'Hot-spot' or there is a 'Mandatory Lock-down', then you will have the option of a full refund or being transferred to a future tour date of your choice!
