- Evaluating & converting old free-range apple, pear & stone fruit trees into new manageable Espalier Systems.

- Winter Espaliered Pruning techniques for Apples, Pears & Stone Fruit Trees.

- How to Plant, Train & Prune your espalier trees.

- Resourcing orchard materials & equipment
