PDC Refund Policy + COVID Update
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to attend a course that you have paid for.
Unless otherwise stated on the PDC course page and as long as you notify us at least 22 days prior to the commencement of the PDC course, your options are:
a refund of your full course cost or initial deposit, less an administration fee of $200.
a credit for the full amount towards any future course as negotiated via email (one transfer per cancellation only)
Refunds & credits are not available within 21 days of a course’s commencement.
This is due to commitment made to catering, administration & turning away others once the PDC course is full, which is a loss of income to us & our farm.
However, if you do wish to cancel within 21 days, give us a call – if your PDC course has a waiting list, we’ll do our best to fill your place if there is a waiting list.
If we are successful, we can credit your PDC course fee towards a future PDC course, less admin fee.
If your or our location becomes a 'Hot-spot' or there is a 'Mandatory Lock-down' or your are required to 'Isolate' then you will have the option of a full refund or being transferred to a future course date of your choice!
Please note, you will be required to provide evidence of any COVID issue from the above'.
